CYCLING: 2 tablets dissolved in 500 ml of water - drink during exercise to maintain constant levels of ATP, hydration and nutrients in the blood, sip a few minutes before acceleration phase or before climbing or before embarking on sprint.
RUNNING: 1 tablet dissolved in 200 ml of water - a few minutes before the completion or intense running exercise, if you use a Fast & Up sport bottle or a Camel back 2 tablets in 500 ml of water during exercise to maintain constant levels of ATP, hydration and nutrients in the blood.
FOOTBALL or RUGBY: 2 tablets dissolved in 500 ml of water - a few minutes before the intense activity; sip during exercise and work out in order to maintain constant levels of ATP, hydration and nutrients in the blood, if you can not drink during the game, try to sip during any break time.
TENNIS: 2 tablets dissolved in 500 ml of water - a few minutes before the game; sip during exercise to maintain constant levels of ATP, hydration and nutrients in the blood. In between the court changes keep sipping.
