- In the morning, one (1) Fast & Up effervescent tablet in a glass of water 5 minutes before breakfast , to make a vigorous start of the day with all the vitamins, minerals, glutamine and Taurine you need.
- Dissolve 1 Fast & Up tablet in a glass of water on an empty stomach before bedtime. It helps your muscle recovery and prevents from night cramps (magnesium and BCAA)
… For the athlete
- Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in 200 ml ( a glass) of only water
- If possibile, begin to take fast & Up after your “warm up” section or just before your work out. Best away from any other product and on an empty stomach.
- In the case of a prolonged and intense exercise, sip Fast & Up constantly also during the work out to fight off cramps by maintaining high the values of the minerals and the combination of the BCAA and Glutamine in the blood; while Creatine and Taurine will optimize the energy.
