Method 'use of FAST & Up POOL?

CHOOSE YOUR SPORT AND READ OUR RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
(the product has been tested by athletes during or after a race or intense exercise and the following recommendations are taken from their experiences in different fields of sports)
CYCLING: Dissolve 1 tablets in the Fast & Up Sport Bottle bottle with 1 ATP tablets or 1 FAST & UP tablet to obtain an "extra nutrient effect " to the muscles involved in the effort during intense and prolonged training – keep sipping during exercise in order to maintain constant levels of hydration and nutrients in the blood; will delay muscle break down and catabolism . In a long distance marathon cycling it is recommended to double the dosage. 2 tablets in 200 ml of water just after finishing the race or intense training will help to accelerate the recovery.
RUNNING: Dissolve 2 tablets in the same sport bottle or Camel back along with with 1 ATP tablet or 1 FAST & UP tablet to get the "nutrient effect" to the muscles involved in the intense and prolonged training exercise – Keep sipping during your training session to maintain constant levels of hydration and nutritional substances in the blood, delaying muscle catabolism. In a long distance race, it is recommended to double the dosage. 2 tablets in 200 ml of water just after the finish line or right after your performance will help you to accelerate the recovery.
FOOTBALL/RUGBY: Dissolve 1 tablet in 200 ml of water just after the game or after an intense training session. During exercise , it is recommended to dissolve 1 tablet in the same sport bottle with 1 tablet of ATP or 1 tablet of FAST & UP to give the "nutrient effect" to the muscles involved during intense and prolonged exercise.
TENNIS: Dissolve 2 tablets in 200 ml of water just after the game or training session - In Between Sets, 1 tablet in 200 ml of water, also with addition of 1 tablet of ATP or 1 tablet of FAST & UP.
SWIMMING: Dissolve 1 tablets in 200 ml of water right after the race or training session.
